Supply either sourceUrl or sourceText. Fitgap parses the posting into structured
requirements and immediately evaluates it against the user's Filters.
The gate result is returned on creation. If gateStatus is failed, analysis is blocked
until the failure is explicitly overridden — see POST /targets/{targetId}/analyses.
